I have had great success with clients who experience symptoms of trauma, anxiety, identity, relational issues and life transitions. I believe that when clients seek mental health services, they are looking for ways to readjust certain aspects of their life to feel more emotionally, spiritually, and physically fulfilled. I feel it important to tailor evidence-based, and alternative modes of therapy, to individual needs. From my clients, I ask for commitment and willingness to their own recovery.I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is key to successful mental health services, and finding the right professional is as important as the techniques utilized. A great focus of mine is helping clients feels safe and cared for in the therapeutic environment.I believe that during some point of our lives we all experience hardship and suffering. As a counselor, I feel it is my duty to help clients realize their own answers and dreams on their journey.
