I provide therapeutic services for people who struggle with a fear of social situations. Those I help often report a fear of being negatively judged by others. They often engage in avoidance of social situations. As result they have complaints of loneliness, chronic feelings of inadequacy, embarrassment, an inferiority complex, humiliation and depression.Through cognitive behavioral therapy, I help clients learn evidence-based strategies so that they can practice accepting themselves unconditionally and become more assertive and engaged in social situations.I have over 18 years of experience working with adolescents and adults who struggle with issues related to anxiety and depression.
