My goal is to help you find your own form of balance, especially living through a pandemic.I work with individuals and couples. I specialize in improving boundaries, communication skills, life transitions, self-harm, anxiety, and depression. I have extensive training in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 & 2).To me, therapy is a journey of sharing personal problems, concerns, and stories.
