Sometimes life can be difficult, and we need a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space to work through our struggles. I have worked with a wide variety of folks, in a number of settings. Some of the issues that I focus on are co-occurring disorders, addiction, grief/loss, trauma, sexuality, anxiety and depression. I work with adults in individual, family, and couples counseling settings.In my free time, I can be found playing with my two dogs or being bossed around by any one of my four cats. I love to camp, spend time with my family, read, play Call of Duty, and paint.Finding a therapist may feel overwhelming, my hope is that you find someone you "click" with and begin your journey to healing.
