Bio:
It is an honour & a privilege to hold sacred space sitting with clients & families listening to the depth of their life stories. Together we examine where they are, where they want to be and possible barriers that may distract them in achieving their goals. I teach how to embrace their life experiences while building upon their strengths supporting & empowering them to make & sustain the changes THEY want, need or desire. As we work together it is my hope they can begin to recognize their wound experience(s) as their assets!I am Certified in Brainspotting. This technique has proven to be effective when working with guilt/shame, bullying, traumatic accidents/experiences, anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse/misuse of substances/alcohol, gambling and eating disorders. I am also trained in Conflict Resolution.I was able to identify barriers I carried & repeated that kept me from living the life I desired out of fear. My thought processes were challenged & that gave me permission to see things from another perspective. I recognized I was responsible for my actions & behaviors. I learned I can create the story-line of my life so I'm making healthier decisions.
