At different parts in our lives, it is common to feel stuck, overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Most of my experience has been working with adolescents, their families and young adults, in helping them cope with difficult life situations and improve their view of themselves to grow to be the best versions of themselves. I offer individual, couple, group and family services as well as assisting you in finding any available resources that will make your journey less stressful. Despite ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender or sexual orientation, you deserve to be respected, valued and heard.As a professional social worker, I offer an eclectic therapeutic approach and your treatment is individualized for your needs. This can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Trauma Informed Care, Strengths Based interventions, Sandtray Therapy and art based interventions.I have two emotional support dogs that can be available to assist you in session. I am always looking for ways to better serve you and our community to be the best it can be! I offer free 30-minute consultations to meet and discuss your needs further.
