Our lives can be busy and filled with daily stress. Sometimes this stress leads us to believe we made the wrong choices when it comes to our relationships, career, etc. Sometimes we begin to doubt our capabilities and we compare our performance to what we see in others or in the media. During times of stress, we can develop unhealthy coping styles. We may begin to isolate, push people away, or make impulsive decisions about our lives. When individuals have additional stressors, these feelings may only become worse.Because of stigma, individuals may not seek mental health services in fear of being judged. While my speciality is with the LGBTQIA+🏳️🌈, I see a variety of individuals outside this community who need additional support to live full and healthy lives. No matter where you are on life's adventure, you are welcome here.The focus of my clinical work is assisting members of the LGBTQIA+🏳️🌈 community live full and successful lives. I can assist with exploration of gender variance, identity, expression, sexuality, the coming out process, managing identity with families/friends while treating common issues such as depression and anxiety.
