Relationship is the key word in my background, having to help people find connection between personal and professional, romance and friendship, and physical and spiritual aspects of life and self. This leads down an existential path driven by exploration of your suffering and discovering healing paths. In my work, I am analytical, patient and kind to discovering strengths and stability.I am a Certified Gottman Therapist. Couples counseling drives my practice that stems from my training and work with the Gottman Institute. The practical nature of the Gottman theory driven by 30 years of evidence based research lends a way to improving all relationships.I know about struggle in relationships and with myself.
