You're in pain in a relationship or seek relief from anxiety, depression or low self-esteem. You value a holistic approach and would like to feel better in mind, body and spirit. I work best with people who want to develop a deeper relationship with God (or higher power) while working through personal difficulties. Ideal clients value personal growth and are willing to work outside of sessions to make changes. I specialize in working with people in mid-life transitions and young adults. I'm active in Twelve Step Programs and enjoy working with people in recovery.I want to help you turn this time of pain into a time of transformation. I help people create balanced, joyful lives through healing physically, emotionally and spiritually. I teach mindfulness, meditation and gentle movement practices to help you tolerate anxiety, detach from negative thinking, and retrain your brain.The first and hardest step toward healing is making the initial request for help.
