Bio:
I come to work each day with the same goal: To make a difference in the lives of others. My approach to therapy is to get to know each client I serve and build an individual treatment plan that helps them achieve their goals and thrive. My office is a safe space where you can feel comfortable opening up and finding the skills that are the best fit for you. It’s my belief that personal awareness is key to bringing forth change. The more you are aware of your feelings and thoughts, the more you can make a change. Together, let’s take the steps you need to make a positive change in your life.My clinical experience includes providing play therapy, clinical assessments, and conducting in-school therapy sessions. I draw from several therapy treatments, including Humanistic, CBT, Play Therapy, Gestalt, and Systemic methods, to meet the needs of each individual I serve.I provide play therapy to children ages 3-18, and individual and family therapy to clients of all ages. I specialize in women's issues, working with the diverse behaviors and needs of children, anxiety, depression, and anger management. If you're ready to get started on your path to hope and healing, please reach out. I look forward to hearing from you!
