Bio:
I enjoy working with adults who have experienced any form of trauma or who are coping with medical conditions that have negatively impacted their life. Using an integrative approach to individually tailor and maximize the treatment efforts you put forth, I provide a nurturing and safe environment to enhance knowledge, skill and confidence in your own ability to cope and grow. I provide treatment for many common and less common mental health needs.A crux to suffering is struggling to accept and move through struggles to lead a recognizable, valued life. A cornerstone of my treatments is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral treatment to help lead your desired life while walking alongside your struggles, rather than constantly fight them.I also provide psychological testing to assist you and your mental or medical health provider with treatment goals. Testing provides helpful diagnostic, treatment planning, and behavioral health information that it is difficult to obtain in a regular session with your provider.
