Welcome! My goal as a therapist is to help clients feel more fulfilled, empowered and peaceful - in themselves and their relationships. I know first-hand the life-changing benefits of therapy. I treat you as a fellow human being, not a patient, and provide a safe space to explore what is troubling you. My style is genuine, empathetic and non-judgmental. I modify my approach to meet each person/couple's unique circumstances and work collaboratively with you to create a plan to achieve your therapy goals. I believe in (re-)connecting clients with their essential goodness and innate capacities for growth, healing and wellness.Together we explore what is holding you back and develop practical tools to thrive. I use a variety of evidence-based methods, with a special interest in mindfulness, self-compassion and somatic (body-based) approaches.I am currently meeting with clients online via secure Telehealth sessions. I provide a 15 minute free consultation before scheduling a first session to learn about how I can be of help to you.
