NOT ACCEPTING CLIENTS AT THIS TIME----I believe therapy is a place for healing reflection and active transformation. Everyone experiences hardships and challenges in life. This can lead individuals and families to feel stuck, stressed, anxious and depressed. Traumatic experiences can alter the way you view the world and attempt to hijack your life, but you don’t have to stay this way. I believe everyone holds the key to their own healing—I empower you to find it. Therapy can enhance your life as well as relationships with others, and it can offer you relief and support through difficult times.My sessions are reflective, collaborative and help reorient you. They are hopeful and keep you accountable. I offer a safe space for clients to develop self-awareness as individuals and in relationships with others. I challenge my clients to identify destructive patterns in their lives and find solutions to help them in practical ways.In my practice, I will work with you using a multi-therapeutic approach that best suits you or your family’s needs. I borrow from various modalities, including: Cognitive & Behavioral , Structural Family and Narrative Therapy, I utilize mindfulness techniques and trauma informed interventions.
