Those who come to me are typically looking to become more confident and self assured, feel happier, communicate clearly and confidently, ease anxiety stemming from public speaking or interpersonal interaction, and/or find a fulfilling relationship or recover from a bad one. I am an action oriented coach, and use exercises and tangible tools to increase "stickiness," and forming of new neural pathways.I work with clients on: confidence building, self-esteem, happiness, communication, soft skills, relationships, public speaking. I utilize a variety of tool sets, including positive psychology, cognitive behavioral techniques, relaxation/meditation, strengths coaching, personality analysis, and as I consult on women's issues, utilize gender specific researchI am happy to offer 15 minute free consultations to potential clients, where I get to know more about you and we can evaluate together whether it's the best fit.
