I help individuals: meet their needs through NVC strategies, process the separation/absence or death of a loved one, figure out what they're really on earth do to, become their "best self" & more.If you want to find deeper meaning around what you are stuck in, I'll help you understand your wounds & patterns, and then claim new strengths for life transitions. (And whether religious, agnostic, or humanist, your unique journey is beautiful and valuable.) I have a lot of experience with alternative life paths.I know what it's like to struggle. For a decade I sought to understand my intense emotions and integrate challenging experiences. I studied a lot, and two graduate degrees later, I'm equipped to help you!
