Let’s face it, healing is hard and the journey, for some, can be rough. You need to be able to trust the person you travel the journey with. I’m that person. It’s because of my own journey that I’m comfortable just being real with my clients. I think clients deserve an authentic relationship with the person across the therapy room; that’s what I bring to the table. I'm a Director at a local non-profit and have a diverse background including hospital crisis work, child welfare and addiction counseling. My passion is to help individuals and families work through their personal challenges.Truth be told, I have a knack for helping people and families experiencing both mental health & addictions. I’ve had my greatest counseling successes navigating the recovery journey with clients. I also specialize in mood disorders like Depression and Bipolar, as well as Anxiety disorders, grief/loss, transgender individuals, relationships and transitions.When it comes to therapy I consider myself to be a therapeutic-coach. I believe some topics deserve a deep dive & others are better tackled from a solution-focused coaching angle. Either way, I know how to pivot to the right intervention to meet the end goal.
