I have a passion for working with adolescents, teenagers, and parents, specifically on issues related to attachment, behavior, anxiety, stress, relationship building, communication, career and college planning, and life changes. Client goals should be focused on challenging distorted thinking and creating plans in order to have a healthier and more productive lifestyle.I have years of experience working with parents and children, not only in private practice, but also in the school systems. My communication style is relaxed, but I also feel comfortable taking on challenging topics in order to begin the healing process.If you need someone to listen, reflect, problem solve, bridge communication gaps, and sometimes make you laugh, then I believe we would be a good therapeutic match
