VIDEO/TELE-HEALTH ALSO OFFERED. Tele-health is much easier to set up than most people think. It is convenient and still very engaging. Whether in office or on video, my role is to help people heal and thrive, not just exist, but to feel joy and fulfillment while dealing with all life brings. I have advanced training in anxiety, coping, handling stress, and grief/loss and trauma. I am also a Parent Coach with a focus on parenting teens and dealing with the struggles that accompany this age. As a mom of 5, and a past Parent Education Presenter, I GET IT, it's hard!There are several ways I can help. I offer face to face therapy in office or video sessions. Many insurances now cover video/tele-health sessions. I utilize HIPPA compliant platforms that are easy to manage. For video, you must be physically located in the state of Michigan fo the session.I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to share concerns, and offer tools to cope with daily struggles. My hope is to give individuals a confidential place to identify solutions, often laugh, and learn to think better! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the State of Michigan and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
