As a psychotherapist, who is a licensed clinical social worker in KY, I am able to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health issues. My certifications include: Substance Abuse Professional and Drug/Alcohol Assessor/Instructor. I also am a Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Corporate Trainer. I also enjoy helping corporations and city governments develop workplace mental health programs that recruit, retain, and improve employee performance.My specialized training includes abuse, addictions, trauma, and workplace mental health. I have attended training conducted by Harvard Global Health Leadership for educators and mental health professionals, mediation training at the SIU School of Law, and Cognitive Behavioral Group Training Institute for Group Psychotherapy.I am an Owner and Executive Director of Emerald Therapy Center, LLC, a woman-owned and family operated behavioral health counseling center with two locations in Western Kentucky. My passion includes being the founder of The Emerald Foundation, a 501 C 3, that helps clients in rural areas receive accessible and quality counseling services.
