I believe in meeting my clients where they are today with a strong sense of empathy and compassion. I have been working with families, teens and adults since 2001; treating a variety of struggles such as anxiety, depression, relationships issues, parenting concerns, sexual dysfunction/health and more. I find that building a strong connection with my clients is essential in making progress in the therapeutic relationship. While there are many joys of "babyhood" often couples experience postpartum anxiety and depression and some support with education, sleep training and compassion can alleviate many uncomfortable symptoms.I believe in a psychodynamic approach to therapy and hope that you will gain a deeper understanding of your struggles while improving your quality of life.
