Are you in a relationship that does not have the type of communication or closeness that you would prefer? Do you find yourself in gridlock over the same feelings or conflicts? Perhaps you feel not understood? If you are experiencing any issues in a relationship I am happy to help. The majority of couples come to therapy to late. Early detection is key and even the most conflicted couples can have simple solutions. In session, you can expect you and your partner to work together in an engaging and fun environment. You can expect to develop a deeper connection and communication that builds resistance to future issues that may arise.I focus on attachment and emotional connection within relationships, along with mindfulness based approaches. Communication is the key the starts the engine of healing, connection, and rebuilding trust. Couples will receive a unique plan for their treatment and will receive concrete materials that they can leave with.In session, I take a non-expert role and enjoy using a collaborative approach to therapy.
