In today's world, we are busy, stressed, overwhelmed... I am experienced with helping people through life's challenges and provide individual and/or family therapy. I have been a therapist for 20 years and have worked with a variety of emotional health issues. I am a licensed independent social worker. I earned a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa and a Doctorate from Capella University. I believe the greatest gift you can give the world is a healthy you.I have worked for years with families, blended families, adults, and individuals. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitional challenges such as infidelity, divorce, abuse, loss and disordered eating. I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Structured Problem-Solving.I take evening appointments (limited at times), accept a variety of insurances; including Medicaid and Private Pay.
