I also have extensive experience providing therapy to other therapists.We will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back and identify new ways to move toward more fulfilled, authentic, peaceful and joyful living. I have trained with Brené Brown and will bring her work on resilience into our sessions.
