I enjoy counseling adults from all walks of life. I believe that no diagnosis is permanent, and that there is always hope for healing. Every person is unique and comes with their own life experiences, and I want to be a safe person to share those with. Life can be tough, and each of us has our own story. Therapy can be a good place to get perspective outside of ourselves, get in touch with the wisdom inside of us, and heal. Whatever hand has been dealt to you, I believe you have what it takes, and I will continue to believe that as I walk alongside you in your journey.I enjoy working with personality disorders, addictions, bipolar disorders, and psychotic disorders, although I also have experience with PTSD, depression, and OCD. I use an empowerment approach combined with attachment-based interventions, sandplay, motivational interviewing, CBT, and/or Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy.I know what it's like to struggle, and feel like there's no hope that things will change.
