My style is interactive, supportive, direct and person-centered while providing compassion, understanding, empathy, and practical feedback in a safe, non-judgmental and relaxed environment. Whether you're a student, professional or person with a disability trying to navigate through vocational rehab, I would like to provide you support with ways to cope with the stress and gain a better understanding of yourself.I integrate evidence-based treatments, mindfulness and psychodynamic approaches to address issues relating to anxiety, depression, and stress. I use sandtray and art therapy approaches to help process unresolved conflicts in the unconscious. Sessions are individualized based on your needs.I believe you are the expert on your own experiences and my role is to help you gain a deeper understanding about yourself during your healing process.
