My goal is to be an extra level of support in your life as you go through a challenging time. We all experience difficulties from parents divorcing, bullying, to transitioning from living with parents to living alone. I’ve helped others by providing education on symptoms of mental health, ways to cope, communication skills and much more. These different skills can provide you with the tools to manage and express your emotions. I also believe that changing the way we think can make all the difference. I strive to challenge your thought patterns in hopes that it will give you a different perspective and more positive outlook on life.
