I help people change. My focus with individuals is on self-empowerment and resolving internal and external conflicts. My work with couples is grounded in helping them develop more collaborative, fulfilling relationships, through gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and of their partner.My premise is simple: increase your awareness of what's going on in you and in your situation, and you can respond more effectively to opportunities for change.
