Weekend appointments available! Are you struggling with shame, vulnerability and the feeling of 'never being good enough'? Do you feel disengaged from life, your loved ones, and sick of watching moments pass you by? Have you spent all your time making sure you never fall, and as a result never learned how to get back up? Maybe you're known as "the perfectionist", "the cynic", "the know-it-all", "the control freak". You care too much- it's kind of your thing...but it's become exhausting and you've had enough. Now's the time- let's work together to clear the fog and get you back to the quality of life you deserve.Nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field has afforded me the opportunity to work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, perfectionism and family conflict. I take an eclectic approach and use a variety of modalities to empower my clients with the tools they need that will contribute to a stronger sense of emotional wellbeing.I’m practical, results-oriented and passionate about what I do.
