Welcome! I have been helping people navigate through life's issues for over 25 years. Whether it's anxiety, anger, depression, grief, guilt, trauma, relationships, parenting, substance abuse, sexuality, spirituality or life stress we can work together to create a path that works better for you. My practice space is private and informal. I joyfully look forward to meeting you.I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in Child Development, a Master's degree from the University of Central Florida in Mental Health Counseling, a second B.A. in Divinity and a second M.S. in Metaphysical Science/Holistic Counseling. I am Reiki II certified and am a Substance Abuse Specialist. I am trained in EMDR to assist with trauma.I am holistic in my approach, focusing on the connection between mind, body and spirit. I address issues of anxiety, anger, relationships, parenting, depression, trauma, spirituality, sexuality, grief, substance abuse, domestic violence, LGBT issues and general stress. I use solution focused therapy, spirituality, and cbt to help you find greater balance.
