Accepting new clients! No wait list! Sometimes as parents we get stuck. We feel like we've tried everything and we're just not sure what to do anymore. Children's anxiety or depression can manifest as concerning behaviors or attitudes. Children need help identifying their feelings, as well as, communicating them. It is vital for children to learn healthy coping skills they can use in their daily lives. I am here to help. Having another caring adult, that you and your child can trust, to help guide them through their thoughts and feelings can be life changing.I will take the time to get to know your child and your family. I will work with you and your child to come up with a treatment plan that fits their individuality. I use play therapy techniques to communicate with children, as well as art therapy and sand tray therapy. I provide a safe space for children to be themselves; to learn, grow, and thrive.Parenting is not easy! We're just doing the best we can. There is no shame in reaching out for help.
