It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have experience with helping individuals who suffer with depression, anxiety, addiction, family dynamic issues, relational conflicts, stress, trauma and abuse, personality issues, and military issues. My counseling style is warm and understanding. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels.
