I believe all good therapy starts with building a trusting relationship. I create a safe, judgement free environment to help build this relationship. Sometimes the thought of reaching your goals seems impossible. Whatever your concerns are I want to listen and help you find solutions to your goals. I'm passionate about working with adolescents, autism disorders, depression, and anxiety. I've worked with a variety of behavioral issues with adolescents, autism disorders, depression, anxiety, general life stress, and anger management for the past 13 years.I will offer you a variety of different strategies based on your needs. I'll provide therapy that focuses on goals, what you can control, emotional stability, thought recognition, acceptance, and solutions to help with your needs.
