In session you can practice tapping-in to wisdom of the body, skills like curiosity, gratitude, self-compassion and mindfulness, to find moments of enjoyment and healing. We can uncover self-limiting beliefs, reactions that no longer serve you and ways you can be empowered through change.Pain is inevitable…..suffering is optional.
