Life events and transitions are powerful opportunities for change. My philosophy as a counselor is to support you in navigating these life transitions in order to maximize happiness, health and a sense of wellbeing. I work in a solution focused and goal-directed manner, empowering you to identify your goals and work towards these goals in real and concrete ways.I see my version of therapy as short term and direct. I am adept at getting to the "heart of the matter" and support you to learn the internal skills to move through challenges in new, creative ways.
