I work with driven professionals around trauma, food anxiety, and relationships. You've got a lot going on; your relationship is going through a rough patch, demands on you at work are increasing, or ways you used to cope aren't working anymore. Or maybe you've experienced a loss or trauma and feel out of your element.I am trained in EMDR and have years of experience working with trauma, sexual assault, and LGBTQ issues. My approach is built on a foundation of feminist values. I warmly invite LGBTQ+ people and couples to my practice.No two therapists are the same, and no two clients are the same. I'm not going to give you the same exact care I'd give someone else, so my style differs from person to person. Generally, I'm active and engaged and use humor in most of my sessions.
