I am here to provide individuals (you) with the skills that will enable you to be or become productive and functioning persons who can withstand the trials and/or circumstances of life. I am willing to work with individuals and families to address their needs. The needs that I have the most experience with are mental health, behavioral, personal and social, emotional, educational, grief and loss, and substance abuse. I am willing to work with individuals who are wanting a better quality of life and willing to put forth effort through open and honest communication and skill building assessments and activities.I have 24 years of experience of working with children in the educational setting as an early intervention/Pre-K teacher (9 yrs) and as current, school counselor (15 yrs). I have also worked as a mental health counselor/therapist for the past 15 years with all ages (3 to elderly).I am happy to work with all persons who are looking to improve their quality of life. Be it, personal, family, and/or social relations, I can assist you with finding ways of of working through difficulties in your relationships and your life. I address coping skills with participants for mental health diagnoses through an array of counseling modalities.
