I have experience in counseling with children, adolescents and adults/couples and families. I was a foster parent for 15 plus year. I understand those challenges on a daily basis within families and relationships.I specialize in working with adults, couples, teens, children, and their families and all concerns. My approach uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered Therapy in a relaxed and supportive environment. I believe in helping those achieve a balance of the mind, body, and spirit.I can assist you as we explore the solutions related to your current challenges, helping you create your personal tools for daily living.
