I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in working with adult clients and play therapy with my child clients. I act as an advocate, sounding board and gentle challenger.My specialties include: Marital counseling, Divorce/co-parenting, school issues, acculturation, adjustment, maternal mental health including perinatal mood disorders, postpartum anxiety/depression, and Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG).
