I offer individual, couple and group professional counseling for life stressors like trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and couples and family conflicts, specializing in interpersonal relationships counseling (adult, tween, and adolescent) and proven treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of survivors of traumatic experiences including EMDR, Neurofeedback, CBT, DBT, and ACT.
