I believe that the essence of life is Divine and that all good flows from that source. Thus, any strength that emerges in my work occurs as I align myself with Divine love, wisdom, and purpose. Holism describes my perspective, thus systematically exploring many areas of a client's life helps prepare the ground for resolving current problematic issues or for encouraging and supporting growth and transformation.I am trained in traditional psychotherapeutic approaches and complementary/alternative approaches, often combining them to facilitate each client in reaching her or his goals. Treatment may include hypnotherapy, yoga, or energy balancing.It always helps to be flexible, important to be resilient, and essential for me to do my own growing and soul searching, and to pray for guidance - both personally and professionally.
