Welcome! I have experience working with adults in both outpatient and residential substance abuse settings. I also work with couples. My work in substance abuse has granted me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and grief. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort and I encourage clients to communicate openly about what works best for them. I value each therapeutic relationship and honor each client’s autonomy and individuality. I believe that individuals have the ability to overcome their struggles and that therapy can make that possible.I focus on listening deeply and forming a strong, therapeutic relationship to help you identify the patterns in your life that are contributing to the way you feel.
