The adolescent years are some of the most challenging years of one’s life. I am honored to help adolescents and their families navigate through this challenging terrain. The developmental and social aspects young people deal with can be detrimental without the proper tools. In addition, I enjoy working with adults who are struggling and desire to improve their quality of life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, adjustments, divorce, and behavioral concerns seeing age 10 through adulthood.I believe the client should be in the driver's seat as to what goals they would like to achieve during our time together. I utilize Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. Empowerment, respect, and hope drives my work with my clients.I have hope that we can work together to help you learn new skills to live a healthier and more fulfilled life.
