Bio:
I specialize in working with clients and families with addictions of all types, eating disorders, and body image issues. I also have vast experience working with trauma, life transitions, chronic pain, anxiety disorders, and depression in teens and adults. In addition, I like working with young adults who are facing transitions into adulthood. While I utilize multiple evidence-based approaches, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I believe that healing takes place on all levels- mind, body, and spirit. We all need help at some point, and you deserve to feel better!I can let you guide the direction of our work together, as well as provide a more structured approach as needed. I am both direct and loving, which I believe are integral to building the therapeutic relationship.
