Teens, Adults, Aging, Addiction/Family Recovery, Life Transitions. How you view yourself, others and your cultural worldview contributes greatly to how you move through life. You are unique. Therefore, I emphasize taking time to learn your language, beliefs and values. A primary goal is to establish trust in our working relationship so that you may feel supported and heard. I will work beside you to address your concerns and honor your needs with an approach that best suits you. Ultimately, I'd like to assist you on your journey toward personal growth and wellness.Utilizing an integrated humanistic approach, I will tailor your treatment to address target areas while drawing upon the theories that support our therapeutic direction. I am also clinically trained as an Art Therapist which allows me to implement another range of tools to encourage expressions of thought, emotions and self in a creative way.Expressive therapy provides many holistic benefits for all ages, such as brain health and cognitive wellness.
