*** Currently not accepting new clients*** My passion is to help couples repair their relationship and feel close again. It has been said that through relationships we are wounded and by relationships we are healed. My goal as a therapist is to foster a collaborative, healing relationship that provides safety for repair and growth. I also work with individual struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes. Only accepting BC/BS, UHC, and Aetna at this time.I am experienced in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), which is incredibly effective with couples, and also with individuals and families. Whether it's affair repair or creating healthy communication and connection, let's work together to bring hope and change.Working with individuals and couples during their struggles and in their most important relationships is an incredible privilege for me.
