Nurturing growth and transformation is what happens in therapy. If you are wanting to take steps in finding your purpose and meaning as well as developing positive ways to cope with uncomfortable feelings and challenges in life, then counseling can help you. I provide a supportive, caring, and compassionate environment. Together we will work on developing strategies and tools to help you feel better and make the changes you want. Progress not perfection!I have over 25 years of clinical experience helping people who experience depression, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic pain, emotional distress, pre and post bariatric surgery, and those undergoing life transitions. I have experience with adoption issues and enjoy working with all members of the adoption triad.
