FULL LIFE COUNSELING - I provide Mental Health Counseling for residents of Washington State. Clients are often dealing with anxiety or depression and struggling with relationships. My specialty is working in the area of couples and individual emotion focused therapy helping people improve relationships and grow their bonds with others.FULL LIFE COACHING - I also provide Coaching services that focus on, individuals and relationships. Some reasons people seek my services are: help with career and life transitions, improving relationships, workplace conflicts, job struggles, family interactions, setting and achieving goals, executive or organizational development, and others.Counseling and Coaching can be done online or in-person at my office in Seattle Washington. I provide counseling to all of Washington State, I AM NOT LICENSED TO PROVIDE COUNSELING TO ANYONE OUTSIDE OF WASHINGTON.
