Do you feel stuck in the same situations or same kind of unhealthy relationships which produce anxiety, anger, depression, broken trust, or becomes abusive? I provide a comfortable judgement free environment wherever you are on life’s journey. Maybe you are finding it difficult to live in the new COVID world, are dealing with trauma, job issues, have addictions, live with mental health issues, have relationship issues of trust or, family/parenting/caretaker issues, facing grief, chronic pain, have spirituality questions. My first priority is listening compassionately, then building on your strengths to deal with your issues.I see individuals, couples and families. I am experienced in: anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, including adoption/fostering and cartaking. I look at family members boundaries. communication styles, personality differences. I draw from education, and 25 years working with families, couples and individuals of all ages in helping professions.I am a therapist who will walk with you and listen objectively, compassionately to what your life surcumstance is.
