We live in a fast paced world with many pressures and it is often easy to let this stressful world get the best of us. We forget to take care of ourselves, and before we know it we are experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, and many other issues. If left untreated these ailments can spiral out of control and leave us feeling overwhelmed, helpless and hopeless. If this sounds like you, and you have been experiencing some of these feelings, and your life has spun out of control, don't you think it's time to get back to life?For the past 15 years I have been helping students in the school setting overcome some of the issues stated above. This year I have expanded my practice to help young adults, adults, and parents get back to life. I have experience helping individuals suffering with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, and other ailments that can be immobilizing.My goal in treatment is to help challenge negative thoughts, and replace them with helpful, meaningful, life-changing focus.
