Bio:
My practice was founded to ensure a safe and confidential setting to address important mental health and adjustment concerns. I provide an accepting and non-judgemental space to process client's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have experience working with psychiatric illnesses, mental health concerns, adjustment issues, attachment issues and trauma related problems. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children in mental health for over 15 years and have been a social worker since 2007.I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute. This program is offered both individually and in a group setting. I have training in working with individuals who have experienced Pregnancy and Infant Lossl. I founded Steps for Samuel, a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Event held annually.
